We would like to make your experience just that little bit more special.

We would love to welcome you to The Soupery, a quality delicatessen with a difference, on board a beautifully restored 1952 river cruiser. It’s unique in the Forth Valley - in fact we don’t think there is anything quite like it in Scotland!
The Soupery will gently cruise the Union Canal and will cater for everyone who uses the canal, whether on the towpath, or on the water. But The Soupery is much more than that. We can host small corporate events with a difference, or family celebrations, from birthdays to anniversaries. In fact, The Soupery is for everyone....If you live near the canal, why not pay a visit with friends or neighbours! We can even deliver to local businesses. The Soupery will offer homemade foods from rustic soups to breads, with a menu that also includes some of Scotland’s finest produce including, Stornaway Black Pudding and Ayrshire bacon. There’s a mouth watering selection of scones and homemade baking, and, of course, a delicious choice of coffees. Then “Scotland’s national drink”, Irn Bru, comes ready bottled! We have one main philosophy - introducing that “Sunday afternoon feeling” into busy lives. And if you are commuting, we can at least promise the best possible start to your day! We plan to be around all year, not just in summer. We will be at different points on the canal during the day, but we won’t be difficult to find. Opening up the canal network across Central Scotland is one of the most exciting things to have happened in this area for many years. We would like to make your experience just that little bit more special. |
